Throughout my life, I have always been a graphic artist. My journey began in high school, where I was first introduced to graphic design and became certified in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. This early exposure sparked my passion for digital art and creative expression.

When I enrolled at Winston-Salem State University in 2019, I initially pursued a Business major due to the absence of an art program at the time. However, I quickly realized that my true passion lay in visual storytelling and design. As I explored my options, a close friend informed me that the university had recently introduced a new Art program with a concentration in Graphic Design.

Without hesitation, I researched the program, recognizing it as the perfect opportunity to align my education with my artistic aspirations. I reached out to my advisor, made the switch, and never looked back. Today, I proudly hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Art with a Concentration in Graphic Design, a testament to my dedication, adaptability, and unwavering passion for the field
